Today, March 16 1 Timothy Ch. 6

That they do good,

그들로 하여금 선을 행하게 하며

that they be rich

그들로 하여금 부요하게 하십시오

in good works,

선한 일들에

ready to distribute,

베풀기를 좋아하고

willing to communicate;

기꺼이 나눠주게 하시오

Laying up in store

쌓게 하시오

for themselves

자기들을 위해

a good foundation

선한 기초를

against the time to come,

오는 때를 대비하여

that

이는

they may lay hold

그들로 하여금 붙들게 하려 함입니다

on eternal life.

영원한 생명을

And

그러자

the LORD

주님께서

said unto Satan,

사탄에게 말씀하셨다

Hast thou considered

그대가 살펴보았는냐

my servant Job,

내 종 욥을

that there is none

아무도 없다

like him

그와 같이

in the earth,

땅에서

a perfect and an upright man,

완전하고 곧바른 사람이

one that feareth God,

곧 하나님을 두려워하고

and escheweth evil?

악을 멀리하는 (사람이 없다)

and

그리고

still he

그가 여전히

holdeth fast

굳게 지키고 있다

his integrity,

자신의 순전함을

although

비록

thou movedst me

그대가 나를 움직여

against him,

그를 쳐서

to destroy him

그를 파멸하고자 했으나

without cause.

까닭 없이

And said,

말했다

Naked

벌거벗고

came I out

내가 나왔으니

of my mother's womb,

내 어머니의 태에서

and naked

벌거벗고

shall I return

내가 돌아갈 것입니다

thither:

그리로

the LORD gave,

주님께서 주시고

and the LORD

주님께서

hath taken away;

가져가셨으니

blessed

찬미를 받으소서

be the name of the LORD.

In all this

이 모든 일에서

Job sinned not,

욥이 죄를 짓지 않고

nor charged God

하나님을 원망하지도 않았다

foolishly.
