| Being born again, |
 (여러분이) 거듭난 것은
|
| not of corruptible seed, |
|
썩어질 씨가 아니라
|
| but of incorruptible, |
|
썩지 않을 씨로
|
| by the word of God, |
|
곧 하나님의 말씀으로 거듭났으니
|
| which liveth |
|
그 말씀이 살아있고
|
|

| And he answering said, |
|
그러자 그가 대답하며 말하였다
|
| Thou shalt love |
|
그대는 사랑해야 한다
|
| the Lord thy God |
|
주 그대의 하나님을
|
| with all thy heart, |
|
그대의 마음을 다하고
|
| and with all thy soul, |
|
그대의 혼을 다해
|
| and with all thy strength, |
|
그대의 힘을 다해
|
| and with all thy mind; |
|
그대의 생각을 다해
|
| and thy neighbour |
|
그리고 그대의 이웃을 (사랑해야 한다)
|
