그분

that planted the ear,

귀를 심으신

shall he not hear?

그분께서 듣지 않으시겠습니까

he

그분

that formed the eye,

눈을 빚으신

shall he not see?

그분께서 보지 않으시겠습니까

The LORD knoweth

주님께서는 아시며

the thoughts of man,

사람들의 생각을

that they are vanity.

또 그것들이 헛된 것을 아십니다

For

이는

the poor shall never cease

가난한 이는 결코 그치지 않을 것이기 때문입니다

out of the land:

그 땅으로부터

therefore

그러므로

I command thee,

내가 그대에게 명령하여

saying,

말했습니다

Thou shalt open thine hand wide

그대는 그대의 손을 넓게 펴시오

unto thy brother,

그대의 형제에게

to thy poor,

그대의 가난한 이와

and to thy needy,

그대의 궁핍한 이에게

in thy land.

그대의 땅에서

Thou shalt surely give him,

그대는 분명히 그에게 주어야 합니다

and thine heart shall not be grieved

그리고 그대의 마음이 근심하지 마시오

when thou givest

그대가 줄 때

unto him:

그에게

because

그 까닭은

that for this thing

이것 때문에

the LORD thy God

주 그대의 하나님께서

shall bless thee

그대에게 복 주실 것이기 때문입니다

in all thy works,

그대의 모든 일에서

and in all that

그리고 모든 것에

thou puttest thine hand unto.

그대가 그대의 손을 대는
