Let that therefore abide

그러므로 거하게 하십시오

in you,

여러분 안에

which ye have heard

여러분이 들은 것을

from the beginning.

처음부터

If that which ye have heard

만일 여러분이 들은 것이

from the beginning

처음부터

shall remain

남아 있으면

in you,

여러분 안에

ye also shall continue

여러분 또한 계속 있게 될 것입니다

in the Son,

아들 안에

and in the Father.

아버지 안에

And the world passeth away,

이 세상은 지나가고

and the lust thereof:

그 정욕도 (사라집니다)

but he that doeth

그러나 행하는 이는

the will of God

하나님의 뜻을

abideth for ever.

영원히 거합니다

If ye know

만일 여러분이 안다면

that he is righteous,

그분께서 의로우신 것을

ye know

여러분은 압니다

that every one

모든 사람마다

that doeth righteousness

의를 행하는

is born of him.

그분에게서 난 사람이라는 것을

He raiseth up

그분은 일으키시고

the poor

가난한 이를

out of the dust,

티끌 속에서

and lifteth the needy

궁핍한 이를 들어 올리시니

out of the dunghill;

거름더미에서

That he may set him

그분께서 그를 세우고자 합니다

with princes,

통치자들과 함께

even with the princes

곧 통치자들과 함께

of his people.
