| The ox |
 소는
|
| knoweth his owner, |
|
자기 주인을 알고
|
| and the ass |
|
나귀도
|
| his master's crib: |
|
자기 주인의 구유를 안다
|
| but |
|
그러나
|
| Israel doth not know, |
|
이스라엘은 알지 못하며
|
| my people |
|
내 백성은
|
| doth not consider. |
|
깊이 생각하지 않는다
|
|

| No servant can serve |
|
종이 결코 섬길 수 없습니다
|
| for |
|
이는
|
| either he will hate |
|
그가 싫어하고
|
| and love the other; |
|
저 주인을 매우 좋아하거나
|
| or else |
|
그렇지 않으면
|
| and despise the other. |
|
그리고 저 주인을 무시할 것입니다
|
| Ye cannot serve |
|
여러분은 섬길 수 없습니다
|
| God and mammon. |
|
하나님과 재물(맘몬)을 겸하여
|
|
